One
Vishnu Nambootirippad, a temple priest, has questioned the
ban order of the District Magistrate in Kerala High Court.
Finally, what all people were speaking about and
looking for, a Pronouncement from the Highest seat of
Justice in the State, will also be heard before long.
HC
has ordered police protection on 27th
April ’04 for Kerala Uranma
Devasvam Board and
its nominee Chandrasekharan Nair to take charge of the
Temple Administration. This vindicates our stand against the
immoral, illegal and barbaric acts of the erstwhile Temple
Advisory Committee and all they did, to recommence Thookkam
and to make grounds for it, the variety of destructive,
debasing and desecrating activities they performed.
It is clear that they are a defunct body in the
Temple.
The earlier they go away the better.
To
decide upon any offering, its style, character and the rest,
the Uranma Devasvam Board
alone has the real right. The whole move, calamities and
desecration enacted so far have been unjust, uncalled for
and unnecessary.
The earlier this is recognized, the better. If any
Organization with an opportunist outlook has jumped into the
fray to make hay while sunshines, it too has done something
wrong and counter-productive. Let this truth also be rightly
comprehended.
Should
this unsavoury episode result in a strong uprising of Viveka
in the minds of our people, we shall be more than amply
rewarded.
Glory to Truth, Glory to Dharma
and Glory to pure Devotion.
Swamiji.
